Returns Eligibility

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Non-Refundable Amounts (Charity Contributions)
Some products sold by FRESD. include a charitable contribution as part of the purchase price.
- These items are eligible for return.
- The charity contribution portion is non-refundable.
- Any refund issued will be for the item price minus the charity contribution.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly, FRESD. will cover return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
